People do not inflict self injury. Those that cut themselves in the arms or anywhere else. They cant feel anything. They cant feel the pain the cut is causing them. To them its just a dull ache. What they want is just to take away the pain from the heart.
If you dont believe me, try it. When you are having a heartbreak. You feel less physical pain. Or maybe you can just take my word for it...
